Dorothy Jane Scott was a sweet, giving, single mom living in Anaheim, California. In 1980, she was abducted from the parking lot of UC Irvine Medical Center while helping an ill coworder. Her car was found in flames the next morning, and she was never seen again. Her parents were tormented for years by calls from a man claiming to be the one who took her. This is the first half of the story about what happened to Dorothy on that fateful night.
